1. Order Confirmation and Preparation:
   Once you place your order no later than Saturday for the following week, our team confirms and starts to prepare your order.

2. Packaging:
   Your items are carefully packed in insulated bags designed to stay frozen during transit.

3. Pickup Schedule:
   Our designated courier arrives at our kitchen promptly at 9:00 AM every Thursday to collect your orders.

4. Frozen State Maintenance:
   To ensure your products remain frozen and safe, they are transported in specialized insulated bags with sufficient cooling elements.

5. Delivery Timing:
   It is crucial that your package reaches you and is placed in your freezer no later than 1:30 PM on Thursdays. This timing ensures your order stays frozen, safe and ready for use.
