Berry Beet Boost Frozen Yoghurt
During my first pregnancy, my cravings for sweet treats especially ice cream were through the roof. Although I am a firm believer that all foods can be incorporated into a healthy diet, I am trying to be a bit more mindful of how I nourish my body and this recipe is a fantastic way to get that sweet craving but also get a boost of delicious fruits and veggies. This two item recipe took me less than 5 minutes to make, can be served right away or stored in the freezer up to a week for when the ice cream cravings hit. I do recommend letting it thaw out a bit before serving if storing in freezer. P.S my kiddo absolutely loves it too... which lets be real, is always a bonus 👌
