Hydrating Strawberry, Pineapple and Beet Smoothie developed by Dietician, Ali from the Toddler Kitchen

Ingredients:

  • 1 WholesYum Baby Beet Puree

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup frozen pineapple

  • 2 tbsp hemp hearts

  • 1 cup coconut water

  • ½ cup water

Optional toppings:

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. 

  2. Blend 30-45 seconds until smooth.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
