It’s not just a hit with me, but the whole family can't get enough. 🙌🍴

This dreamy pesto brings all the fresh, herby goodness that elevates even the simplest meals into something truly special. And the best part? It’s packed with all the nutrients, thanks to Wholesyum Baby’s family-friendly approach and Easy Vegan’s focus on pure, clean ingredients. 💚

Ingredients:

3-4 Wholesyum Pesto Hearts

250 g dried pasta of choice

1 cup chopped spinach and/or arugula

½ cup chopped cherry tomatoes

1 ripe avocado

⅔ cup Italian dressing

¾ cup grated cheese (optional)

Directions:

Cook, drain and place pasta into a large bowl, add the frozen Wholesyum Pesto Hearts and stir. Chop veggies (you can use anything you have on hand, by the way!) and add to pasta. Stir in Italian dressing and cheese to finish. The hot pasta will melt the frozen Pesto Hearts and cool down the noodles—win, win. Serve up with extra toppings, and enjoy!

Note: If you're not a vegan and looking for a boost a protein, we added shredded roasted chicken and it was delish!
